Meet our Instructors
Jenna Marsh- Private Yoga

Jenna began practicing Yoga several years ago on an occasional basis. Three years ago, in an effort to focus more on her health and wellness, she reconnected with Yoga and hasn’t looked back. Both the physical and mental benefits she received affirmed her desire to share these benefits with others. She became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has experience teaching power, gentle, restorative, and chair yoga. Jenna is interested in applying the philosophy of yoga to our everyday lives and her goal as an instructor is to help students discover how yoga can help each individual physically, mentally, and emotionally.  To learn more, you can email Jenna at jmmarsh823@gmail.com.


Rachael Andredas- Reiki
Rachael began practicing Reiki in 2013 for the health benefits and relaxation.  She has been a Reiki Practitioner for several years and regularly volunteers, giving Reiki to those that have been touched by cancer.  She is also a wellness coach and has achieved certification in plant-based nutrition, reflexology, and yoga. She has given lectures on Plant-Based Nutrition at Our Clubhouse and at the AHN Health and Wellness Pavilion.
